Treatment policy and medical information
-Please arrive on time for you appointment.
-Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. 50% of the treatment.
-If you have any If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant or breast feeding or have allergies, injuries, skin complaints or infections, please discuss with your Spa Consultant (and doctor where necessary) prior to making your booking as this may direct your treatment options.

Order with security
Ordering from our site is 100% secure, we use PayPal for all money transactions.
If by any reason, you do not feel comfortable in ordering on line you can contact us on 07984 494927 and we will be happy to advise you over the phone.

Delivery information
We aim to deliver your product as soon as possible subject to stock being available.
£3.50 delivery charges for all orders to the UK
£6.75 delivery charges for all orders to the EU
£15.00 delivery charges for all orders to the Worldwide

Gift vouchers
- Validated for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
- Gift vouchers are none refundable
- Please remember to bring your gift voucher to your appointment.
- Gift vouchers can only be redeemed at Beauty By Perfection salon.
- Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. 50% of the treatment cost will otherwise be redeemed from the voucher.
